Dream Big Inspire Big is a community-centered organization founded by Carlaura Flie dedicated to empowering children, families, educators, and communities through literacy, social-emotional learning, autism advocacy, mental health awareness, and inspirational programming.

Rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, Dream Big Inspire Big was created to provide meaningful support, encouragement, education, and resources to individuals and families navigating life challenges, emotional wellness, personal growth, parenting, and disability advocacy. The organization combines storytelling, education, mentorship, and community engagement to create safe and empowering spaces where children and families feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Dream Big Inspire Big serves communities through children’s literature, school and parent workshops, SEL-focused educational programming, speaking engagements, advocacy initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and family-centered events designed to strengthen emotional wellness, resilience, confidence, and connection.
